Role : Graduate Engineering Trainee - Production Location : Mahadevapura, Whitefield - Bangalore Work Mode : 6 days (rotational) | On-site | Day Shift Experience : 0-1 year Languages : English & Kannada (Mandatory) Role Overview : We are looking for a Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) to support the Production team with documentation, data handling, and basic process control activities. This role is ideal for freshers who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain hands-on exposure in a manufacturing/production environment. Key Responsibilities : Support production documentation and maintain accurate records Assist with data handling, data entry, and reporting related to production activities Help ensure process control by following standard operating procedures Coordinate and ensure structured communication between Production, Stores, and Operations teams Maintain files, trackers, and basic MIS reports Support the production team in day-to-day operational tasks as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications : Education: Any Graduate Experience: 0-1 year Technical Skills: Good computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word/Google Docs, Data Entry) What You'll Gain : Practical exposure to production and operations workflows Hands-on experience in documentation and process management Opportunity to learn cross-functional coordination Potential pathway to full-time employment based on performance
