Chief Product Officer

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the product vision, roadmap, and feature innovation for a next-generation capital markets trading and investment platform across mobile and web. Your focus will be on enhancing user experience, ensuring regulatory alignment, and driving competitive differentiation. As a senior product leader, your role will involve defining and owning the product vision and roadmap, conceptualizing and launching new product features, and driving the end-to-end product lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and continuous improvement of the platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the product vision and roadmap for mobile and web trading platforms - Lead product strategy for broking, trading, and investment journeys across user segments - Conceptualize and launch new product features and platform capabilities - Translate business and regulatory requirements into product specifications - Prioritize product features based on user value, revenue impact, and strategic goals - Track product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement - Lead and mentor the product management team Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of product management experience - Minimum 2-3 years in a broking/trading/capital markets platform - Prior experience with leading brokers or trading platforms preferred - Strong experience building or scaling mobile-first financial applications - Proven track record of shipping high-usage product features About Us: With over three decades of experience, we have evolved into a full-service financial powerhouse with a diversified conglomerate presence across investment banking, wealth management, and private equity.
