About the role
Description We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer/Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading Korean MNC in India. The ideal candidate will have 8-18 years of experience in quality assurance and engineering, with a strong background in implementing quality management systems and leading improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures. Perform audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Lead root cause analysis for quality failures and develop preventive measures. Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders. Train and mentor junior quality engineers and team members. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Proficiency in quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the manufacturing sector.
