About the role
Responsibilities: Manage corporate Windows and Mac devices using MDM.Handle Google Workspace user onboarding/offboarding.Monitor endpoint security, EDR, and patch compliance.Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and endpoint issues.Maintain IT asset inventory and support security audits. Requirements: Key Skills: Windows 10/11 and macOS administration, Microsoft Intune/Jamf (MDM), Google Workspace administration, endpoint security and EDR, patch and vulnerability management, network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, VPN), hardware troubleshooting and asset management.Preferred: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, Jamf, Google Workspace Admin, or ITIL certifications. .
