As a Software Tester cum Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring software quality through manual testing and efficient project coordination. With at least 1 year of experience in manual testing, you will collaborate with the development team to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues. Your proficiency in preparing and executing test cases, test plans, and reports will be essential in maintaining software quality standards. Effective communication in Kannada, English, and Hindi will enable you to coordinate project activities, track testing results, and ensure timely updates and task completion. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct manual testing to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues. - Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and reports. - Collaborate with the development team to ensure software quality. - Track and document testing results, issues, and resolutions. - Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely updates and task completion. - Communicate effectively with teams and clients in Kannada, English, and Hindi. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines. - Assist in preparing project documentation and reports. Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in manual testing. - Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes. - Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar. - Ability to coordinate between teams and ensure smooth project execution. - Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: - Basic knowledge of automation testing is a plus. - Experience in handling client communication and project updates.
