Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and log pipelines using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or Datadog. Collaborate with development and SRE teams to identify key metrics and health indicators. Implement distributed tracing and telemetry solutions to improve system visibility. Integrate observability into CI/CD pipelines for proactive issue detection. Conduct root cause analysis using logs, metrics, and traces during incident investigations. Drive adoption of observability best practices across teams. Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and training materials for observability tools. Optimize performance and cost - effectiveness of monitoring infrastructure. Ensure high availability and scalability of observability services.
