About the role
As a Product Manager at WebEngage, you will play a crucial role in owning aspects of the product for one or multiple functional pods. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning the product roadmap for the assigned functional pods. - Being the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all stakeholders including customer teams, engineering, and design. - Conducting calls with customers to understand their pain points, interpret their needs, and align solutions with the product vision. - Collaborating with the engineering manager to plan sprints, coordinate feature releases, and ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap. - Drafting detailed specifications for changes integrated into the product. - Managing technical documentation and knowledge base content for the product. - Providing internal training and education for Product On-boarding. - Demonstrating new feature launches to internal teams. - Collaborating with the Product Marketing team for effective customer communication on new launches. - Evaluating the impact of features through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Understanding other complementary tools that customers use in the marketing automation space. Qualifications required for this role are: - B.E/B.Tech and an MBA/PG from a premier institute. - Minimum of 3 years of product management experience. - Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity. - Excellent analytical abilities. - Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining quality standards.
