Senior Software Engineer

Education : B.E. Computer Science/IT degree (or any other engineering discipline Experience : 4+ years Work timings : 2 PM to 11 PM IST Location : Navi Mumbai Position Requirements : • Strong programming fundamentals (OOP, security, performance) • Proficiency with LLMs, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers • 2+yrs of experience working with Gen AI and LLMs • 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering and AI agent architectures • Familiarity with agent frameworks like CrewAI, Autogen, Cursor, or Windsurf. • Strong understanding of the Cursor Rule (intent context action) • Strong understanding of constructing and managing dynamic context for LLMs , including techniques such as session memory & prompt templating Senior Software Engineer Roles & Responsibilities : • Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral. • Build and manage AI agents and workflows using frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI. • Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques, including dynamic context, memory, and multi-step reasoning. • Design scalable systems to support AI use cases such as retrieval, generation, and summarization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into applications. • Ensure solution quality through testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and continuous learning in the AI ecosystem.
