Pharm or any other Medical degree: BAMS/BHMS/MMBS/BDS Experience: 3+ years Position Requirement: 2+ years of experience with semantic data modelling, data mapping, ontology/taxonomy creation, management, integration, and publication Experience in handling large unstructured data sets in Excel and Advance Excel Experience using clinical coding systems and indexing Life Science vocabularies (e.g.: SNOMED CT, CPT, CDT, ICD10 PM/CMS, MeSH, OMIM, RxNorm, CHV, etc.) Hands on experience with semantic web principles and associated information modelling and indexing Expertise with working in Agile environment Maintain high personal quality standards and ability to work under tight deadlines Good communication skills, ability to engage and coordinate with different team members Knowledge of semantic data models, knowledge of Machine Learning and basics of NLP will be an added advantage Role & Responsibilities: Establish a taxonomy by data modelling/mapping of life science concepts to integrate similar vocabularies Ensure timely production of high-quality taxonomy of the clinical concepts Generate controlled vocabularies by adding different synonyms/acronyms referring to the preferred concept Provide support for external concept mapping and synonym enrichment Review, curate and improve the existing lists of controlled vocabularies as per business need Perform the Gold standard analysis of concepts using source archive Perform tag testing of the content on QA environment and recommend changes to improvise the results Gap analysis and tool testing on QA Post-production tag testing and content analysis Generate procedural and guideline documents
