Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Manual Testing Design, review, and execute comprehensive test cases based on functional and technical requirements Perform functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Conduct UI/UX validation and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility testing Validate design implementation (PSD/Figma to UI testing) Automation Testing Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) Optimize test coverage, execution time, and framework performance Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured Quality Assurance & Collaboration Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, Bugzilla, Excel or similar tools Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality standards Participate actively in code reviews and provide constructive feedback Perform root cause analysis for critical defects Agile Practices Engage in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos Ensure timely delivery of quality features within sprint cycles Maintain test documentation, coverage reports, and metrics Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Manual and Automation Testing Technical Skills Proficiency in automation tools: Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium Working knowledge of programming languages: Java, Python, or JavaScript Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or similar) Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub) Understanding of CI/CD concepts and test integration Knowledge of testing frameworks: TestNG, JUnit, pytest, or Mocha Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) Knowledge of SQL and database testing Exposure to mobile app testing (Android/iOS) Familiarity with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow) ISTQB or similar QA certification Why Join Us Established company with 10+ years of industry presence 5 Days Working 80+ talented professionals and a growing team Flexible working hours Medical insurance Career growth opportunities with latest technologies Positive work culture and supportive environment Employee engagement activities & events 5 days of Working Flexible Timing Company Tour Festival Celebration Work life balance No Hidden Policies Hybrid Work Model Learning & Development Favorable Work Environment We're always open to talent with a vision.
