Full Stack Developer / Scrum Room Architect Are you a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a passion for software architecture and agile delivery We're looking for a professional who can combine hands-on development expertise with architectural leadership to drive scalable, high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain scalable, maintainable software architectures Lead architectural decisions and technology selection Collaborate with Scrum teams to achieve sprint goals Bridge business requirements with technical implementation Mentor developers and contribute to code reviews Ensure performance, security, scalability, and quality standards Support Agile/Scrum practices and architectural governance Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively Required Skills 6+ years of experience in Software Development & Architecture Strong Full Stack Development expertise Deep understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies Experience with Microservices Architecture Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure) Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field What We're Looking For A technical leader who can architect robust solutions, guide development teams, and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment.
