UI/UX Lead

We are looking for a skilled Lead UI/UX Designer with strong experience in marketing platforms and content analytics ecosystems. This role focuses on designing intuitive, data-driven user experiences that enable marketers and analysts to derive actionable insights efficiently. The ideal candidate will combine design thinking, user research, and analytics understanding to create seamless experiences across dashboards, reporting tools, and content platforms. Key Responsibilities: UX Strategy & Design Lead end-to-end UX design for marketing and content analytics platformsDefine user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction modelsDesign intuitive interfaces for dashboards, reporting tools, and data exploration workflowsData-Driven Experience Design Translate complex analytical data into simple, intuitive visual experiencesWork closely with analysts to improve data storytelling and interpretation through UIOptimize layouts for KPIs, insights consumption, and decision-making efficiencyUser Research & Insights Conduct user research to understand marketing users, analysts, and content stakeholdersIdentify pain points in existing tools and workflowsUse insights to improve usability, engagement, and adoptionAlign UX with marketing funnels, engagement metrics, and conversion goalsDesign Systems & Consistency Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guidesEnsure consistency across multiple platforms and productsPromote scalable and reusable design patternsRequired Skills & Qualifications Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript for building scalable, maintainable front-end applicationsHands-on experience with modern frameworks (React.js/Vue.js) using component-based architecture and state managementExpertise in Next.js for SSR, SSG, and building high-performance, SEO-friendly applicationsAdvanced skills in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and CSS-in-JS (Styled Components/Emotion/Tailwind)Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, including usability, accessibility, visual hierarchy, and interaction designAbility to translate designs (Figma) into pixel-perfect, data-driven user interfaces, especially for dashboards and analytics platformsWork Location: Hybrid remote in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida) .
