About the role
About WeCredit WeCredit is a technology-driven financial platform where software plays a key role in the entire customer journey from digital loan applications and eligibility assessment to lender integration, data processing, and user experience. Our tech team works on building and improving scalable digital solutions across frontend and backend systems, with a focus on performance, reliability, integrations, and seamless customer experiences. For a developer joining WeCredit, the opportunity is not just about writing code but about working on real-world fintech products, solving practical business problems, and seeing how technology directly impacts customers and business growth. Roles & Responsibilities Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of web/software applications.Work on Frontend or Backend Development tasks based on project requirements and individual skill sets.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the guidance of senior developers.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and technical issues.Collaborate with developers and other team members to understand requirements and deliver assigned tasks.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team meetings.Learn and adapt to the companys existing technology stack, tools, and development processes.Complete assigned development tasks within defined timelines.Continuously improve technical skills and apply learning to real-time projects.Qualifications Must be a 2026 graduate/pass-out from a relevant technical/IT background.Minimum 6 months of prior experience in the IT/software industry is mandatory.Hands-on internship experience in either Frontend or Backend Development.Good understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, databases, APIs, and software development concepts, depending on the area of specialization.Ability to write and understand code and troubleshoot basic technical issues.Strong problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.Good communication and teamwork skills.Must be willing to work from the Jaipur office.Candidates should be available to join as early as possible.Benefits: Commuter assistanceApplication Question(s): We need this position to close on urgent basis, are you an immediate joiner Are you currently located in Jaipur or in Rajasthan Please mention your current ctcPlease mention your expected ctcWork Location: In person About WeCredit WeCredit is a technology-driven financial platform where software plays a key role in the entire customer journey from digital loan applications and eligibility assessment to lender integration, data processing, and user experience.
