Requirements We are seeking Software Engineers who leverage AI-assisted development tools to build and ship fullstack digital products. This role spans platform, product, and go-to-market\youll work across backend services, user-facing features, cloud infrastructure, and automation workflows. As part of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain high-performance applications and scalable backend solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong GitHub presence, an eye for design, and a high rate of learning. Key Responsibilities Fullstack Development - Build and ship fullstack digital products using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Antigravity). - Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data models. - Build user-facing features with attention to UX and design details. Platform & Infrastructure - Set up and manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments. - Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to create efficient and scalable data solutions. - Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve team productivity and code reliability. AI & Automation - Integrate AI capabilities into products\LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows. - Work with GTM and automation tools (n8n, Make, Clay) to build sales and marketing workflows. Collaboration - Prototype rapidly, gather feedback, iterate. - Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver features that align with project goals and client expectations. Must Haves - Strong GitHub presence with 3+ production-grade projects. - Active user of AI IDEs (Cursor, Claude Code, Antigravity, or similar). - Solid engineering fundamentals: clean code, good abstractions, testable systems. - Experience with backend development\APIs, databases, server-side logic. - Eye for design\you care about the experiences you build. - High rate of learning\you figure things out fast. - 0-3 years of professional experience. Nice to have - Built and shipped a micro-tool or micro-SaaS with real users. - Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) with containerization and orchestration. - Familiarity with AI/ML: prompt engineering, embeddings, agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph). - Experience with automation/workflow tools (n8n, Make, Zapier).
