As a highly analytical and business-focused Data Analytics Manager at Weekday's client, you will have the opportunity to work on large-scale datasets, solve complex business problems, and influence strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities, measure performance, and drive business growth by transforming raw data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing large and complex datasets to identify business trends, opportunities, and performance drivers - Developing dashboards, reports, and data models to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders - Defining key metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks in collaboration with leadership teams - Performing exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and data-driven experiments - Collaborating with various teams to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions - Automating recurring reports and analytical processes to improve efficiency - Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems - Supporting forecasting, trend analysis, customer behavior analysis, and performance monitoring initiatives - Driving adoption of data-driven decision-making across teams and business functions Qualifications required for this role include: - 46 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, or related domains - Strong hands-on expertise in SQL for querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets - Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, statistical modeling, and data manipulation - Experience working with relational databases, data warehouses, and large-scale datasets - Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms - Knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, forecasting, and analytical methodologies - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and quantitative analysis skills - Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment Good-to-have skills include experience in retail, e-commerce, supply chain, fintech, or consumer-tech domains, exposure to A/B testing, customer analytics, pricing analytics, or growth analytics, familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, knowledge of data engineering concepts and ETL processes, and experience working with predictive analytics and machine learning models. The preferred candidate profile for this role includes a current or previous designation as a Data Analytics Manager or Analytics Manager, demonstrated experience leveraging SQL and Python to solve business problems, drive measurable outcomes, strong business acumen, and a self-driven professional with a passion for analytics, innovation, and continuous improvement.
