Full Stack .net Engineer

As a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack .NET Engineer at one of the Weekday's clients in NCR (Delhi, NOIDA, Gurgaon), you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and scaling enterprise-grade web applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing project requirements, evaluating technical feasibility, and defining optimal implementation approaches - Designing and prototyping scalable solutions to contribute to end-to-end product development - Developing new features, modules, and enhancements while maintaining and optimizing existing systems - Resolving complex technical challenges and contributing to building products from the ground up - Implementing and driving microservices-based architectures for large-scale web applications - Developing robust REST APIs and service-oriented components following API-first principles - Performing database design tuning, optimization, and scaling using both SQL and NoSQL technologies - Handling large datasets efficiently with solid data processing and manipulation techniques - Collaborating in requirements gathering, user story creation, effort estimation, and sprint planning - Ensuring application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability through best practices To be an excellent fit for this role, you should have: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent skilled experience - 8 years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core MVC and .NET Core - Solid frontend experience with React, ReactJS, or a strong motivation to contribute to UI modernization - Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful services, and service-oriented frameworks - Proven expertise in MS SQL as well as NoSQL databases, including performance tuning and scalability - Experience working with large-scale data and implementing productive data-handling strategies - Strong knowledge of modern integration patterns, messaging systems, and distributed architectures - Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage responsibilities across multiple product areas - Exposure to micro-frontend architectures or service mesh technologies is an added advantage - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive engineering mindset This role offers you the opportunity to take ownership of complex systems, contribute to architectural decisions, and play a key part in developing high-performance, scalable products accessed across web and mobile platforms.
