Role Overview: As a Junior Product Associate - User Experience Designer at one of Weekday's clients in Mumbai, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences for up-to-date SaaS products. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI designers, and cross-functional teams to transform ideas into interactive designs and prototypes. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, user research, and problem-solving, and enjoys turning complex requirements into simple, elegant user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into user-centric design solutions - Research, analyze, and interpret user needs to enhance overall usability and experience - Conceptualize design ideas using storyboards, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes - Design visually appealing and highly interactive interfaces across web and supported platforms - Conduct usability testing on prototypes and iterate designs based on user feedback - Create consistent UI components aligned with design systems and platform standards - Explore and adopt emerging frontend and design trends to improve user experience - Present design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders - Contribute to visual communication through graphics, illustrations, animations, and layouts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Arts, Commerce, Science, Technology, or a related field - 0-2 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably for B2B SaaS products - Strong foundation in user-centered design principles and usability best practices - Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop - Ability to quickly understand product concepts and translate them into intuitive designs - Strong visualization, storytelling, and communication skills - Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Passion for design, continuous learning, and solving real user problems Role Overview: As a Junior Product Associate - User Experience Designer at one of Weekday's clients in Mumbai, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences for up-to-date SaaS products.
