Solution Architect

This role is for one of our clients Industry: Technology, Information and Media Seniority level: Associate level Min Experience: 3 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We're looking for a forward-thinking Solution Architect to design and guide the delivery of large-scale, high-performance systems across web, mobile, and cloud platforms. You'll serve as the bridge between business vision and technical execution — ensuring solutions are not just functional, but scalable, secure, and future-ready. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile POD environment, translating complex requirements into architectures that can scale with our ambitions. Your expertise will shape our technical landscape, mentor our engineering teams, and help us stay ahead of industry trends. What You'll Do Architect & Design Define end-to-end architectures for web, mobile, and cloud-based platforms. Translate business goals into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. Apply best practices in security, performance optimization, and reliability. Lead in an Agile POD Model Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Ops teams to deliver high-impact projects. Ensure clear accountability of deliverables and smooth cross-team coordination. Continuously refine POD processes to improve speed and quality. Technical Leadership Provide expertise in microservices, system integration, and API design. Ensure non-functional requirements (scalability, maintainability, security) are embedded into every solution. Conduct architectural reviews and guide teams on technical decisions. Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment Partner with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment. Lead technical discussions with both internal teams and external partners. Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing Coach engineers, fostering growth in architectural thinking and coding excellence. Share best practices, industry insights, and innovative approaches. Innovation & Optimization Continuously assess emerging technologies and tools for competitive advantage. Optimize existing architectures for performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability. Required What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in senior technical leadership. Strong programming background in Java , Python , and Angular . Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.). Hands-on experience with AWS services. Solid understanding of Agile delivery, especially in POD-based setups. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Background in e-commerce or Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising tech . Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban). Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent).
