General Manager Hospitality Projects Location: Bangalore Experience: 18-20 Years We are hiring an experienced General Manager Hospitality Projects to lead end-to-end execution of luxury hotel and resort construction projects. Key Responsibilities: * Manage hospitality construction projects from planning to handover. * Lead project execution, site operations, and multidisciplinary teams. * Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. * Monitor budgets, timelines, quality, safety, and statutory compliance. * Drive vendor management, cost control, and project delivery. Requirements: * B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech/MBA preferred). * 1820 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, or resort construction. * Strong expertise in project management, budgeting, MEP coordination, interiors, finishing works, and stakeholder management. * Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, ERP systems, and luxury hospitality standards is an advantage.
