Role Overview: In this role, you will participate in less complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues, adhere to data governance standards, and execute data quality audits. You will design and monitor data governance policies and processes, support communications with basic documentation, and provide support to regulatory analysis and reporting requirements. Additionally, you will work with business and technology partners to document business or technical metadata and assess the current state of data quality within your area of assigned responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues - Adhere to data governance standards and procedures - Execute data quality audits - Design and monitor data governance policies, standards, and processes - Support communications with basic documentation - Perform medium risk data profiling and data mapping - Provide support to regulatory analysis and reporting requirements - Recommend plans for assessing the quality of new data sources - Document business or technical metadata about systems and data elements - Consult with clients to assess the current state of data quality within assigned responsibility Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization, and reporting - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau and Power BI - Experience in Data Quality Assurance and data governance - Technical skills in Python, SQL, and other data analysis tools (optional) - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and program management skills Note: The company is seeking candidates with experience in Financial Crimes (BSA-AML, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery/Corruption), defect management, issues review and oversight, knowledge in Data Quality monitoring tools, metrics and reporting, executing data quality audits, data profiling, data analysis, and data mapping, ensuring organizational adherence to data governance standards, collaborating with regulatory teams, and recommending initiatives to assess the quality of new data sources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also expected.
