Information Security Engineering Manager

As an Information Security Engineering Manager at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers who design, test, and maintain highly complex security solutions related to networking, cryptography, cloud, authentication, and more. Your role will involve overseeing security consulting on large projects, managing computer security incident response activities, and conducting technical investigations of security-related incidents. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of engineers designing, testing, and maintaining complex security solutions - Provide security consulting on large projects to ensure conformity with corporate security policies - Review and correlate security logs - Conduct technical investigations and post-incident digital forensics - Manage implementation of information security measures - Work with experienced technologists and management - Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience - 2+ years of Leadership experience In addition to the required qualifications, the following desired qualifications are preferred: - 5+ years of information security experience and 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience - Expertise in leading Heterogeneous computing environment and multi-vendor firewall hardware - Industry certifications like CISSP/CISM and Palo Alto PCNSE & Fortinet NSE - Experience in Banking organization and managed service delivery certifications As an Information Security Engineering Manager, you will be expected to: - Oversee day-to-day Network Security - Firewall Engineering - Strategize and support Network Security roadmap - Contribute to enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and best practices - Partner with IS and IT to provide consulting and solutions design - Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and automation - Create and maintain Statement of work and Process Service Description - Responsible for recruitment, performance management, and team development This position at Wells Fargo offers an equal opportunity for all applicants.
