As a Lead Analytics Consultant at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for providing reporting and analytic solutions to business partners. You will work on various Business Intelligence projects, collaborating with different stakeholders across the organization. Your role will involve designing, developing, and delivering high-performing reporting solutions, as well as performing data analysis using tools like Tableau and Power BI. Key Responsibilities: - Work individually or as part of a team on Business Intelligence projects, closely collaborating with business partners. - Design, develop, and deliver high-performing reporting solutions and data analysis. - Plan and perform reporting, analyses, and projects to solve business issues. - Drive conversations with diverse stakeholders on project planning, design, and execution. - Utilize data visualization tools for delivering data insights. - Conduct ad-hoc analyses, drill down into data inconsistencies, and perform Root cause analysis. - Collaborate with Technology Partners to optimize reporting capabilities. - Follow quality assurance processes to ensure project objectives are met. - Engage directly with US partners for project development and implementation. - Provide thought leadership and mentor junior team members. - Proactively contribute beyond project deliverables in areas like exploratory data analysis, best practices, and automation. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of Analytics experience or equivalent demonstrated expertise. - Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, and PowerApps. - Exposure and basic knowledge of Data Science and AI. - Strong skills in designing and developing interactive dashboards. - Ability to gather end-user requirements and align reporting roadmap with business needs. - Experience with SQL, databases like Teradata and SQL Server, and data integration. - Advanced Excel skills and ability to perform data analysis.
