About the role
As a Senior Digital Product Manager at Wells Fargo, you will lead or participate in a variety of complex functions within the digital environment, focusing on web or mobile native consumer banking products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Contributing to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy - Reviewing and analyzing complex content strategy, customer experience, analytics, or product management - Independently resolving complex issues and working with the tech team to meet project deliverables - Collaborating and consulting with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals - Potentially leading projects, teams, or providing direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives Qualifications Required: - 4 years of digital product management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education Desired Qualifications: - 8 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager with consumer banking experience on digital customer journey - Ability to manage large-scale initiatives and effectively partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams - Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy - Agile and Jira experience in large, regulated organizations In this role, you will be expected to: - Develop, evolve, and communicate the product area vision, priorities, and strategy while managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance - Collaborate with the product manager on the overall product roadmap - Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals and performance indicators - Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders - Actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product area backlog - Inspire and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams The job posting is valid until 16 Dec 2024.
