As a Senior Information Security Analyst for Cybersecurity Attestations at Wells Fargo, your role involves providing information security consultation to enhance compliance with Enterprise Information Security policies. You will be responsible for performing remediation of security assessment review issues, conducting data aggregation for information security risk exposure, and developing Information Security Education Awareness and Training. Collaboration with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and mentoring less experienced staff are also key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide information security consultation to enhance compliance with Enterprise Information Security policies - Perform remediation of security assessment review issues - Conduct data aggregation for information security risk exposure - Develop Information Security Education Awareness and Training - Review control standards and conduct security control testing - Evaluate internal policies and provide recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues - Mentor less experienced staff Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education Desired Qualifications: - Bachelors or masters degree in relevant Technology/Security discipline - One or more professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CCSK, CRISC or other industry security certifications - Working knowledge of cybersecurity control frameworks and regulatory environments - Experience supporting assessments, audits, or attestations - Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret regulatory or technical requirements - Experience with tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, and Microsoft Office suite - Familiarity with financial services regulatory frameworks (e.g., SWIFT CSP, FedLine SRAP, NYDFS, OCC, DTCC, CHIPS) - Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CRI) - Experience with evidence management, control testing, or audit support - Experience working with executive reporting or regulatory deliverables - Strong attention to detail and documentation rigor - Ability to manage multiple attestation cycles and deadlines - Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills In this role, you will execute cybersecurity attestation activities in accordance with defined control procedures and regulatory timelines. You will support attestation programs including SWIFT Customer Security Programme (CSP), FedLine Solutions (SRAP), CHIPS Security Attestation, OCC and DTCC requirements, and NYDFS Cybersecurity Regulation attestation. Your responsibilities will also include assessing organizational adherence to external cybersecurity regulatory and industry attestation requirements, monitoring and documenting changes to attestation requirements, and supporting process improvements and automation of attestation workflows.
