Senior Systems Quality Assurance Analyst

As a Senior Systems Quality Assurance Analyst at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for various tasks related to testing and quality assurance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Documenting test cases and risk research, as well as creating test plans. - Recording test progress and results to ensure accurate tracking. - Identifying and tracking issues throughout testing process. - Performing both manual and automated testing to ensure product quality. - Consulting with users to provide advice and direction on testing. - Developing standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness. - Driving innovation and streamlining overall testing processes. - Researching system features being tested and partnering with Engineers to develop testing strategy. - Logging, tracking, and verifying resolution of software and specification defects. - Ensuring compliance and risk management requirements are met for the supported area. - Collaborating and consulting with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. - Leading projects, teams, or serving as a mentor for less experienced staff. Required Qualifications: - 4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience or equivalent demonstrated experience. Desired Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree. - Implementation experience and capability to ramp up quickly. - Balance of technical skills with hands-on implementation experience. - Soft skills to support lack of detailed instruction or training. - Iterative and Agile development methodology. Job Expectations: - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Broad and deep knowledge of test automation methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in microservices testing and API testing. - Awareness in quality engineering practices like code review, secure coding practices, code quality, code coverage, and CI/CD. - Prior experience in implementing test automation solutions in a dynamic, complex, and scaled environment. - Experience in Banking domain, preferably Lending. - Ability to quickly understand business processes and map application functions. - Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a team and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Effective communicator.
