About the role
To develop, manage, and analyze GIS-based sewer network data, ensuring accurate mapping, monitoring, and reporting of project progress for effective decision-making and stakeholder reviews Lead the Digital Engineering, GIS and Asset Information Management activities for World Bank-assisted Sewer Rehabilitation Projects involving trunk mains, sewer networks and associated utility infrastructure. Develop and maintain enterprise GIS database for sewer assets including manholes, pipelines, rehabilitation stretches, utilities, road inventory and project information. Integrate field survey data obtained through DGPS, Total Station, Mobile Mapping, LiDAR, UAV/Drone surveys, CCTV inspections and condition assessment into GIS platform. Coordinate GIS support for planning, design review, execution, quality control, progress monitoring and final As-Built documentation. Support trenchless rehabilitation works including GRP lining, Spiral Wound Lining, CIPP, Sliplining and other structural rehabilitation technologies through digital engineering solutions. Develop digital dashboards and Management Information Systems (MIS) for monitoring project progress, quality, safety, quantities and contract deliverables. Prepare GIS-based thematic maps, utility drawings, rehabilitation plans, asset registers and decision-support tools for Employer, Engineer and World Bank reporting. Ensure compliance with World Bank Environmental & Social Framework (ESF), project reporting requirements and international digital engineering best practices. Lead implementation of Digital Twin, BIM-GIS integration and Smart Asset Management initiatives wherever applicable.
