Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data risks, ensuring data quality and integrity. Design and maintain data catalogs, metadata management systems, and data lineage tracking mechanisms. Provide training and support to end-users on data governance best practices and tools. Monitor and report on data governance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending process enhancements. Ensure all data governance processes are documented, communicated, and maintained up-to-date. Job Requirements Strong understanding of data governance principles, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Experience with data governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, or similar technologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
