Lead Engineer

Roles and Responsibility Design, develop, and implement new business systems to improve efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation for business systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to business systems. Provide training and support to end-users on new business systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent. Proven experience as a Lead Engineer in designing and implementing business systems. Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
