About the role
Roles and Responsibility Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP programs for HR-related tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP ABAP projects. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP and HR systems. Provide training and support to end-users on SAP ABAP applications. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for SAP ABAP development. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language and its applications in HR. Experience with SAP HR modules, including employee data management, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies used in SAP ABAP development.
