About the role
Roles and ResponsibilityDesign, implement, and maintain complex Windows desktop systems for seamless user operations.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and other peripherals.Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement new technologies and solutions.Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and solutions.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security and data protection.Job RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in Windows desktop engineering or a related field.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and DHCP.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.Ability to design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure using various networking protocols and technologies.Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field. .
