Development Operations Engineer (Pune Division)

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to build, maintain, and optimize the deployment pipelines and infrastructure that power our AEM and Spring-based platforms. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure reliable, automated, and repeatable deployments across all environments, and play a key role in driving DevOps culture and CI/CD maturity across the team. Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AEM and Spring application deployments. - Manage and optimize AEM infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments. - Automate deployment, configuration management, and environment provisioning processes. - Monitor system health, application performance, and infrastructure reliability; respond to incidents. - Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. - Collaborate with developers to ensure build artefacts are correctly packaged and deployed (AEM content packages, Spring Boot JARs). - Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for Spring-based services. - Provide database support and automation for applications, with a strong preference for SQL Server, including managing deployments, schema changes, performance monitoring, backup and recovery strategies, and integrating database workflows into CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. - Define and enforce security policies for deployment pipelines and cloud environments. - Maintain environment documentation and runbooks for operational procedures. - Drive adoption of DevOps best practices and support the team in shifting quality left.
