Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) strongly preferred. - 6+ years of experience in global trade compliance, import/export operations, ERP systems, or project-based roles. - Advanced working knowledge of global logistics operations, customs regulations, and trade compliance requirements. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, communicate clearly, and present to leadership. - Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis capabilities. - Self-directed, proactive, and adaptable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and mentor less-experienced team members. - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools, including Excel, Power BI, Visio, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar platforms. - Ability to write SQL queries and develop or maintain macros to support analytics and reporting is a strong advantage.
