As a Hardware Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, prototyping, and scaling embedded hardware solutions using microcontrollers like ESP32 and Arduino. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, prototyping, and iterating on embedded hardware products - Developing firmware for sensor integration, wireless communication, actuator control, and more - Creating and refining custom PCB designs with a focus on cost-efficiency - Integrating various components into complete robotics/IoT systems - Implementing power optimization techniques for efficient devices - Testing, debugging, and improving hardware reliability - Collaborating with backend/software teams for smooth data transmission - Preparing BOMs, documentation, and supporting production scaling. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven College Project Experience with ESP32 or Arduino - Strong hands-on expertise in ESP32 and Arduino platforms, firmware development, electronics, PCB design tools, and more - Passion for building cheap, reliable, and practical hardware products. Good-to-have skills include experience with custom PCB fabrication, familiarity with sensors and robotics components, basic Python scripting, and knowledge of 3D printing or enclosure design.
