About the role
About the Position As a Full Stack Developer at weybee, you will act as a tech lead and play a key role in building AI-first platforms, intelligent tools, and scalable systems. You will drive architecture decisions, define technical standards, and contribute to building products powered by modern AI technologies. This is a core team role with strong ownership and direct impact on innovation. Requirements - 3+ years of software development experience fpr a SaaS company - 3+ years of experience with Python - 3+ years of experience working with ORMs (preferably Django) - 2+ years developing contemporary web apps with Vue.js (or equivalent) and TypeScript - Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS) - Experience developing modular user interfaces and familiarity with modern CSS frameworks, tools, and workflows - Familiarity with relational and document data modeling - Experience building production APIs Responsibilities - End-to-end development of AI-powered products from idea to production - Design and integrate AI/ML-driven features (LLMs, automation workflows, data intelligence systems) - Build and manage scalable microservices and APIs supporting AI use cases - Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver intelligent and user-centric solutions - Develop and maintain data pipelines, tagging systems, and analytics platforms - Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-enabled systems - Experiment with and adopt emerging AI tools, frameworks, and infrastructure - Ensure best practices in AI integration, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and monitoring .
