Product Manager II - SaaS

As a Product Manager at WheelsEye, you will play a crucial role in driving the end-to-end product development of our SaaS offerings. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and subsequent scaling, encompassing both the 0-1 and 1-10 journey phases. - Define a clear product vision, roadmap, and success metrics that are closely aligned with the overarching business objectives. - Translate business requirements into comprehensive product specifications, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and stakeholders, to ensure successful product execution. - Develop platform and SaaS product capabilities with a focus on scalability and long-term viability. - Utilize data, user insights, and first-principles thinking to drive informed product decisions. - Continuously assess product performance, incorporating feedback and analytics to iterate and improve product features. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - 5+ years of overall professional experience, with a minimum of 3-4 years dedicated to core Product Management responsibilities. - Proven experience in managing B2B and/or B2C software products. - Demonstrated proficiency in building software products from the ground up (0-1) and subsequently scaling them (1-10). - Strong understanding of platform product management principles. - Exceptional analytical capabilities, underpinned by a data-driven and first-principles approach. - A passion for the role, self-driven attitude, and a strong sense of ownership. - Excellent communication skills and adept at managing stakeholders effectively.
