Lead discussions with business and other cross-competency stakeholders to understand and document current gaps in for various business processes. Employ various information gathering techniques such as job shadowing, interview technical SMEs, process modeling, use case modeling, conference calls and group meetings to understand full scope of change for each team involved and define dependencies, assumptions, out of scope items, resource needs etc. Analyze the available information and data that was gathered to define and document functional changes, system solutions and / or process changes which are needed in order to meet user goals. Confer with end user to make sure proper testing is planned that will ensure successful implementation and functioning of new system.  Travel/relocate to various unanticipated locations to interact with clients and train users for short and long term assignments.
