The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring, administering, monitoring, and troubleshooting Cisco network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and network security environments. Candidates must possess an active CCNA or CCNP certification and have excellent troubleshooting skills in enterprise network operations. Mandatory Skills Active CCNA or CCNP Certification 3+ years of Cisco Network Administration/Network Engineering experience Cisco Routers & Switches LAN, WAN, WLAN & VPN Layer 2 & Layer 3 Networking Routing Protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, Static Routing VLAN, STP, VTP & EtherChannel Cisco Catalyst & Nexus Switches Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point) TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT & ACL VPN Configuration (Site-to-Site & Remote Access) Network Monitoring Tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Cisco Prime) ITIL Process Knowledge ServiceNow / Jira / Remedy SD-WAN & Cloud Networking (Preferred) Key Responsibilities Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, and firewalls. Troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN, VPN, internet, and routing issues. Implement routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP. Configure VLANs, ACLs, NAT, QoS, VPN, and security policies. Monitor network health using enterprise monitoring tools. Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and change management. Resolve network performance issues and critical incidents. Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for connectivity issues. Maintain network documentation and topology diagrams. Support disaster recovery, security compliance, and infrastructure projects.
