Job Description (JD) Hiring Playwright Automation Testing Engineer | 2+ Years | Up to 6 LPA | Chennai, Pune & Bangalore Job Locations: Chennai, Pune & Bangalore Experience: 2+ Years CTC: Up to 6 LPA Qualification: BE/B.Tech / Any Graduate Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred Shift: General / Rotational Shift Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Playwright Automation Testing Engineer with hands-on experience in building and maintaining modern automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, UI Automation, End-to-End Testing, API Testing, and CI/CD integration . Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python . Design and implement End-to-End (E2E), UI, Functional, Smoke, and Regression test suites. Perform cross-browser testing across Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit . Build scalable automation frameworks from scratch or enhance existing frameworks. Develop reusable Page Object Model (POM) components, utilities, fixtures, and hooks. Integrate automation test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions . Execute automated test suites, analyze failures, debug issues, and generate test reports. Collaborate with Developers, QA Engineers, and Product Teams to improve application quality and test coverage. Implement parallel execution, retry mechanisms, and automation optimization strategies. Support API validation, API mocking, and integration testing. Maintain automation scripts using Git version control and participate in Agile development activities.
