As a Senior Test Engineer you will be working on different projects and applications, predominantly on the design / user interface / peer-to-peer testing, focusing on functional testing aspects. If you have a sharp eye for design inconsistencies, a passion for seamless user interfaces, and the leadership skills to mentor a growing team, youll fit right in. You wont just be finding bugs; youll be the gatekeeper of our high standards and a strategic partner to our developers. Experience Level 4+ years Responsibilities - Own quality of the project deliverables. - Plan a strategy for overall quality for the projects. - Collaborate with the project team members to ensure successful (and qualitative) project executions. - Suggest quality process improvements in a continuous manner. - Adhere to the defined process, policies SOPs. - Be a great team player who will have proactive communications to resolve dependencies within outside the QA department the project teams. - Engage in conversations that are objective data-driven, showcasing ability to put the quality of the deliverables as the topmost priority. - Mentor junior team members. Qualifications - At least 4 years experience in Manual Testing for both Web Mobile platforms. - Hands-on experience in User Interface / Design testing. - Ability to implement test scripts to assess .
