What You'll Do Design, prototype, and ship end-to-end product features across frontend and backend. Build and orchestrate AI agents into product workflows using frameworks like LangGraph , CrewAI , or similar. Translate vague product ideas into working MVPs , fast. Improve existing features based on real user feedback . Write clean, scalable code with a modern stack (see below). Collaborate directly with product, design, and AI teams to turn ideas into shipped experiences. Use AI-powered tools (Cursor, Copilot, v0.dev, etc.) to speed up coding, testing, and debugging. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions. What We're Looking For 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer (or strong equivalent). You've built and shipped real products and enjoy seeing users interact with your work. Skilled in JavaScript/TypeScript , React or Next.js, and backend tech like Node.js, Python, or Java . Comfortable designing PostgreSQL schemas and scalable data models. Curious about or experienced with AI agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen). Startup DNA — you move fast, take initiative, and own outcomes end-to-end. Strong debugging instincts, problem-solving skills, and product sense. Bonus: experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or integrating OpenAI/Hugging Face.
