Product Technical Lead

Were looking for a Product Technical Lead to drive the technical direction of our AI-powered chatbot platform This is a strategic leadership role where youll bridge the gap between product vision and engineering executionguiding teams, shaping system architecture, and building scalable, high-performance systems used globally Youll work closely with Product Managers, AI engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn bold ideas into intelligent automation solutions This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys technical challenges, and is excited about shaping the future of conversational AI What You'll Do Lead technical architecture and roadmap planning for the core platform Collaborate with Product Managers to align vision with execution Design and develop major system components including automation workflows, analytics, and multi-agent support Define product-level architectural patterns and ensure scalable system design Evaluate and integrate LLMs, AI agents, and other automation tools Drive engineering best practices: clean code, documentation, security, and performance Conduct code reviews and low-level design discussions Build backend APIs and ensure seamless frontend integration Support QA and Customer Success teams with technical debugging and RCA Foster a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement Monitor system performance and proactively implement optimizations Document APIs, development processes, and troubleshooting protocols What Were Looking For Experience & Education 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Candidates from Tier-1 institutes are preferred Technical Skills Expertise in scalable system design and product architecture Hands-on with MEAN or MERN stack technologies Experience designing robust APIs and backend systems Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Familiarity with AI/ML systems and integration patterns Proficiency in Git-based version control and tools like Notion or Jira Soft Skills Strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills Passionate about mentoring and team development Highly analytical and proactive problem solver
