Automation Test Engineer (23 Years Experience) Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Automation Test Engineer with 23 years of hands-on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in manual and automation testing, a solid grasp of test lifecycle processes, and practical experience in Python programming for writing and maintaining test scripts. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products through effective test planning, execution, and automation. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python and relevant frameworks. Perform manual testing when necessary to validate new features and critical functionality. Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with developers to resolve issues. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members throughout the SDLC. Participate in test planning, estimation, and status reporting. Contribute to test framework enhancements and CI/CD integration of automated tests. Document clear and concise test cases, test reports, and bug reports. Requirements: 23 years of experience in manual and automation testing. Strong hands-on experience with Python for writing automation scripts. Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Pytest,Playwright, Selenium, or Robot Framework. Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Good understanding of software testing principles, STLC, and agile methodologies. Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Nice to Have: Exposure to API testing (e.g., using Postman or REST-assured). Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
