Python Developer SCOLA Product Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain product-based backend systems using Python Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs for the SCOLA platform Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and QA teams to convert requirements into functional features Handle feature development, optimization, and refactoring for long-term scalability Manage database design and performance (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB) Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization Participate in product planning, sprint discussions, and code reviews Maintain technical documentation for product modules Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on Python development experience Product-based development experience is mandatory Strong experience with Django or Flask (Django preferred) Good knowledge of REST API development Strong understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and design principles Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases Familiarity with Git version control systems Willingness to work from office and collaborate with cross-functional teams Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with Django REST Framework (DRF) Knowledge of Celery, Redis, and background job processing Exposure to multi-tenant or SaaS-based products Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies Basic knowledge of deployment, Docker, or cloud platforms Work Environment Work From Office (WFO) No remote or hybrid options Core product development team environment Direct involvement in product decision-making Opportunity to build and scale a long-term product from scratch What We Offer Opportunity to work on an in-house SaaS product (SCOLA) Stable product-based role with a long-term vision Career growth aligned with product expansion and roadmap Friendly, collaborative, and professional work culture
