About the role
As a Data Engineer in this Full-Time position based in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Noida, or Gurugram (Offshore - India), you will be responsible for utilizing your very good knowledge of SQL to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance data pipelines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance data pipelines using SQL and PySpark in enterprise data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake. - Building and optimizing ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and curate pharmaceutical data (e.g., sales, call activity, marketing, customer data). - Collaborating closely with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to build reliable technical data solutions. - Ensuring data solutions meet quality, accuracy, and performance standards, including validation of outputs against defined expectations. - Applying structured project delivery and documentation practices to support end-to-end execution. - Delivering technical components on time and within defined milestones, proactively managing risks and dependencies. Additionally, you should have the following mandatory skills: - Data Engineer with proficient skills in SQL and data engineering. - Good knowledge of working in Advanced Excel. - US Healthcare domain knowledge. You should also be able to provide a 4-hour overlap with EST timings (~09:30 PM IST).
