Greeting from Wilco Source A CitiusTech Company Position: MuleSoft Tower Head/ Director Location: Hyderabad Mode: Full-Time Experience: 14+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Key Responsibilities Own the MuleSoft tower P&L staffing, budgeting, utilization, and delivery efficiency across 1525+ GCC associates. Define the multi-year integration capability roadmap completing WebMethods migration, expanding API governance, and enabling event-driven architecture. Serve as executive interface with clients Director of API Architecture and integration leadership for strategy alignment. Drive the Capgemini-to-GCC transition for integration delivery defining the operating model, KT plan, and governance framework. Establish an Integration CoE within the GCC API design standards, reusable connector library, and integration best practices. Partner with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Data & AI tower heads for unified platform connectivity. Manage MuleSoft vendor relationship licensing optimization, Anypoint Platform roadmap alignment, and partnership programs. Drive integration talent strategy hiring MuleSoft-certified developers in a competitive market, building training programs, and creating career paths. Oversee integration delivery quality API uptime, error rates, mean-time-to-resolution, and throughput metrics. Required Skills 14+ years of integration/middleware experience with at least 5 years in leadership. Experience building or scaling integration practices within GCCs, captives, or large IT services organizations. Deep understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and enterprise integration architecture. P&L management experience for a technology delivery unit.
