About the role
As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Wild Republic, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering next-generation digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for our customers and users. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. - Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. - Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges. - Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. - Presenting and defending designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders. - Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback. - Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of design projects. - Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc and InVision) and design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator and Creative Cloud). - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. - Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. - Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. - Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. - Up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. - BS/MS in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
