Lead Software Engineer DevOps Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer DevOps to lead the design, development, automation, and continuous evolution of enterprise DevOps platforms supporting the global eCommerce ecosystem. This role combines deep expertise in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and software engineering to accelerate software delivery while ensuring scalability, reliability, and operational excellence. As a technical leader, you will design and enhance modern DevOps platforms, build automation-first engineering solutions, mentor development teams, and enable self-service capabilities that improve developer productivity across eCommerce websites, mobile applications, retail stores, supply chain, and contact center platforms. Develop DevOps applications using Python, Java, Groovy, and Shell. Improve automation and self-service capabilities. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CI/CD systems. Support SRE and Release Management. Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices. Qualifications 10+ years of DevOps engineering experience. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, Python, Groovy, Java, Shell, Maven, Git and GitHub Enterprise, and Node.js. Strong enterprise architecture, troubleshooting, leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
