Role Overview: You will lead, mentor, and grow high-performing iOS and Android engineering teams to drive the execution of mobile product roadmaps aligned with business and customer priorities. Your responsibilities will include guiding architectural decisions, platform modernization, and technical debt management while ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, security, and scalability. Additionally, you will provide technical direction across Swift and Kotlin-based mobile platforms, remaining hands-on through coding, code reviews, design reviews, and problem-solving. You will own delivery outcomes across discovery, shopping, checkout, and post-purchase flows, partnering with Product Management to translate business goals into technical plans and roadmaps. Moreover, you will oversee release planning, production readiness, and incident management, collaborating with Product, UX, Backend, QA, Analytics, and Release teams. You will champion AI-enabled development, testing, quality, and performance optimization practices, driving initiatives for performance optimization, crash reduction, and stability metrics. Furthermore, you will ensure accessibility, localization, experimentation, and analytics best practices, and lead Agile ceremonies while continuously improving engineering processes and CI/CD pipelines.
