Delivery Scope Responsibilities Design and maintain automation coverage across enterprise applications, APIs, and workflow systems. Improve release quality through structured validation, regression confidence, and delivery discipline. Work with engineering teams to improve defect visibility, reliability, and testing maturity. Support CI/CD-aware test design and execution readiness across product releases. Contribute to scalable quality systems that support long-horizon maintainability. Hiring Baseline Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of experience in automation testing, quality engineering, or validation systems. Strong understanding of release cycles, defect management, and enterprise QA processes. Experience across automation frameworks, API testing, and regression design. Ability to work inside high-accountability delivery environments. Preferred Profile Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise-grade CI/CD and release readiness workflows. Exposure to cloud-hosted testing systems or observability-driven QA. Understanding of structured enterprise software validation practices. Academic Alignment Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
