About the role
Role Overview: As an ITSM & ITOM Automation Specialist with 3-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automations across IT Service Management and IT Operations Management. Your role will involve reducing manual effort, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing service reliability through intelligent automation, scripting, and integrations.
